When you send us an enquiry or quote request, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of the work. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
We also use cookies to keep the website working and, if you agree, to understand how visitors use it. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie banner.
Sharing, storage and your rights
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website platform and email provider, and where the law requires it. We keep enquiry details for up to two years, and customer records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, normally six years.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability.
